Terms of Service – Expedite Delivery Service

Welcome to Expedite Delivery Service (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, purchasing, or using our delivery services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.

1. Service Overview

Expedite Delivery Service provides same-day, scheduled, and urgent delivery of goods within our service areas. We are committed to fast, reliable, and professional delivery solutions for individuals and businesses.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate pick-up and drop-off addresses, contact information, and special instructions.

  • Ensure all packages are properly packed, sealed, and labeled.

  • Be available for delivery pick-up and/or acceptance during the agreed time window.

  • Comply with all laws and regulations regarding the shipment and receipt of goods.

3. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

  • Illegal substances or contraband

  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Perishable goods without proper packaging

  • Live animals (unless prior approval is granted)

  • Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any package at our discretion.

4. Payment & Fees

  • All deliveries must be paid in full before service is rendered unless other arrangements are approved.

  • Fees vary based on distance, delivery speed, weight, and package dimensions.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, failed delivery attempts, address changes, or after-hours services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled more than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled less than 2 hours before pick-up may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are not provided for deliveries already in progress or completed.

6. Delivery Timeframes

While we strive to meet all scheduled delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen delays such as traffic, weather, or emergencies. We will notify you of significant delays whenever possible.

7. Liability & Limitations

  • Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to $100 per delivery unless additional insurance coverage is purchased.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Damage caused by improper packaging

    • Loss or damage to prohibited or improperly declared items

    • Delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., accidents, road closures, severe weather)

8. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are abusive, threatening, or who repeatedly violate these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in San Diego, CA.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website and will govern all future transactions.
